Isabelle Allard
Founder and authorized guide in Stockholm
Isabelle was born in France, where she studied languages, literature, communication, and multimedia. Drawn to discover other cultures, she first lived for a few years in Italy (Rome) before returning to France, where she worked in multimedia and specialized in the design, management, and editorial responsibility for websites.
Isabelle has always been fascinated by Scandinavia and Swedish culture, and in 2011 she decided to take a new step by moving to Sweden, specifically to Stockholm. She quickly integrated into her new host country, where she initially worked as a journalist and teacher before choosing to fully dedicate herself to organizing guided tours and programs for French and Italian speakers.
Starting in 2012, Isabelle created and sold her guided tours in French and Italian through various platforms.
In 2019, Isabelle founded Scandikidstours along with Christine Bordin, the founder of Nordic Insite, to offer guided tours specifically designed for children aged 6 to 12 years. These educational and accessory-equipped tours allow children to discover Scandinavia in a playful and active way
In 2022, Isabelle took a new step by founding Isabelle Allard AB, a company dedicated to welcoming French-speaking, English-speaking, Spanish-speaking, and Italian tourists in Stockholm to consolidate all her projects under one business.
In 2024, after feeling constrained by an overly limiting collaboration project, Isabelle ended her partnership with StockholMania Tours and launched a new platform, Stockholm à la carte, a reception service that offers tailored tours and services for travelers seeking unique experiences in the Swedish capital. With this project, she reinforces her commitment to creating authentic and unforgettable stays, taking into account each customer's specific expectations and wishes.
Christer Nordlund
Responsible for finance and the development of the incoming agencyChrister was born in Sweden and holds a degree from Stockholm University in history, literature, and economics.
He has a long career in the travel industry, with more than 20 years at the global business travel company Hogg Robinson, based in London, which was later acquired by American Express GBT. He began his career as the head of events and conferences. He then served as Managing Director for the Nordic region and concluded his tenure at HRG as the head of Europe. He speaks Swedish, English, and French.
Between 2011 and 2017, Christer was the chairman of SRF (Swedish Travel Agency Association), a professional organization that provides advice and support to its over 200 member companies and ensures a high level of knowledge and credibility in the industry.
After his studies, and prior to entering the travel industry, Christer worked in the information department of the Vasa Museum, where he developed the museum's events program alongside marketing, often in collaboration with other cultural and tourism entities in Sweden,
